1. Pre-release status

BodyBlok has not been released. Everything described on this site is our current plan, not a promise: features, pricing and timing may all change before launch, and we may decide not to release at all.

Joining the waitlist creates no contract, reserves nothing and gives no right to early access.

2. Not medical advice

BodyBlok is a record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and nothing it shows you is medical advice.

AI-extracted values can be wrong. You are asked to confirm every extracted number precisely because you, not the app, are responsible for the accuracy of your records.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your results. Never delay seeking care because of something this app or website showed you.

3. The waitlist

Submit only your own email address. We use it to announce the launch and to share occasional product notes, and you can unsubscribe from any message.

We may remove an address from the list at any time, for example if it bounces repeatedly or was submitted abusively.

4. Acceptable use of this website

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, submit other people’s data, or use automated means to flood the waitlist form.

5. Intellectual property

The BodyBlok and Bản Thể names, the site’s text, design and graphics belong to us. You may quote and link to them with attribution; you may not copy the site wholesale or present it as your own.

6. Third-party services and your own API keys

If you choose to use your own OpenAI or Anthropic key in the app, that is a contract between you and that provider. You are responsible for their fees, their terms and the content you send them.

Apple Health, iCloud and the App Store are Apple services, governed by Apple’s own terms.

7. No warranty

This website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including any health decision taken on the basis of information you found here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Vietnam, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
